I certainly understand the political need to present facts in their best possible light. However, this smacks of lying by omission, you know, every day, garden variety, LYING. These are not the actions of an administration that wants to bring "more transparency" to government. It is past time for the employers to take control over their employees, make it clear, you will be honest, you will be transparent, or you will be gone. If, you commit crimes, you will be prosecuted.
