I can see it now. Cage matches on the floor of the U.S. Senate. Harry Reid and Mitch McConnell in a loser leaves town, no holds barred, Texas death match to decide the fate of health care reform. Chuck Schumer hits John Cornyn on the head with a folding chair during an argument over extending tax cuts. Stacy Keibler on CSPAN (OK, that part might not be so bad).
It could give a whole new meaning to the term "floor fight," couldn't it?
"Former World Wrestling Entertainment CEO Linda McMahon defeated former Rep. Rob Simmons and businessman Peter Schiff to win Connecticut's Republican Senate primary Tuesday.
She will face state Attorney Richard Blumenthal (D) in November...The Associated Press called the race for McMahon with 57 percent of precincts reporting. She had 49 percent of the vote to Simmons' 29 percent. Schiff was polling third with 22 percent."

That video is great. If I'm ever interviewed by Hannity...
ahh, John Stossel...I've stumbled on some of his stuff in the past, he's a jerk. That dude should have smacked him one more time. Gawd, how humiliating that must have been (apparently it didn't do him any good)
Bob, that video alone and knocking that butthead John Stossel on his butthead should be worth a couple of percentage points. And the Democratic candidate Richard (another dick!) Blumenthal lied about being a Vietnam combat veteran when he was stateside the whole time and nowhere near any combat zone, much less Vietnam. That is an unpardonable sin in my book. How can you trust a guy who can stoop so low to lie about that? Maybe Linda McMahon is actually the better candidate despite being a teabagger. I think Hades just received their ice machine delivery…
It was real. He knocked Stossel from there to next Tuesday and I laughed until I couldn't breathe OR see. Schultz put Mr. Smart Mouth in his place, and it remains one of my favorite youTube videos.
Professional wrestling is certainly fake as to outcome. That doesn't mean it's not brutal.
wow, that dude needs to layoff the steroids...if it was real.
What is going on in Conn.? Joe Lieberman has been somewhat subdued lately, not getting much for the state. Now a large percentage of people want a no experienced, unconnected Senator. I am visiting California right now and every 5 minutes, there is a Meg Whitman ad on television. Her distortions and lies are nauseating, but this is the republican way. Lie and validate with your millions. And these are the crazies who are exciting their base of racists by connecting the trip to Spain by FLOTUS to our country's economic woes and the plight of the unemployed. You figure that they have done and said it all, but each day their talking points get even wider and more dangerous.
Yes, but what I'm really looking forward to is more MSM interviews like this:

Did I hear that this woman spent $22 MILLION of her own money just to win the primary???? How can you do that in Connecticut? Can't you buy the whole state for $28M?
I hope this leads to Obama using his line, "Can you smell what Barack is cookin'" again. Love that line.
I saw her on the news this morning. She doesn't have that faraway look in her eyes as most kookooboos do, rather, she looked rather focused AND scary. She's an entrepeneur which bodes not well for those outside that realm of existence.
