So, if Im understanding the vid correctly,
this is not a new 'well' to divert and capture the oil flow.
This new 'relief well' is to inject the mud, only.
This new RW bore as small as the casing becomes that deep, has to inject enough pressure to offset ALL the pressure coming up from the 2nd largest oil deposit on the planet.
Why am I not encouraged.
