judge napolitano already knows up front that the only use fox news has for the constitution is to pervert it and skewer its provisions. he sounded apologetic telling o'reilly that the constitution is being followed by the obama administration, because the judge knows that fox is merely a propaganda arm of the neocon agenda. my prediction is we'll be seeing less and less of the good judge for his mistake of telling the buck naked emperor his fly's unzipped.
"When the president does it, it is NOT illegal".
You can kick this can around ALL day, but it boils down to this.
We should all thank Nixon for clarifying the position of the GOP and stating is so succinctly.
Sure, its not about the constitution for them. Its about what they want. Just like kids, extremely self centered.
It's official: wingers need to leave this country and found their own nation with their own rules...preferably somewhere far, far away from here. Maybe Canada or Russia would be so kind as to cede an arctic rock for this purpose?
To right wingers, the Constitution is like the Law: it only matters when it suits their purpose.
He simply said what so many other wingers firmly believe. Who cares about it, indeed? Particularly when it is clear most of the whack jobs cannot begin to comprehend it.
I think it's clear that many on the right did not care about the Constitution. Hence the torture, wiretapping and illegal confinement of individuals without trials for so long.
